2 Chronicles 28:17-19

¹⁷ Soldiers from Edom had attacked Judah again. They had taken people away as their prisoners. ¹⁸ Philistine soldiers had also attacked towns in the low hills in the west of Judah and in the Negev in the south. They took these towns for themselves and they lived in them:

¹⁹ The Lord caused a lot of trouble for Judah's people because of their king, Ahaz. He turned away from the Lord and he allowed his people to do wicked things.
